BIKINI MODEL CRITERIA

A Bikini model should have a softer yet toned physique compared to the Fitness Model Class. Are you wondering what the judges are looking for when your on stage? CATEGORIES - Novice, U30, O30, O40 Condition: lean enough to show an outline of abs but not a six pack, an outline of all major muscle groups butno separation within the muscle. Muscularity should be that of someone that obviously trains Symmetry: athletes should aim to present a body that is toned and in proportion from shoulders to quads along with a tightened waistline. The development of each muscle group should match. IE. Shoulder and back development should match glute and hamstring development Also Consists of 4 x Quarter Turns Stage presence: the way you walk, the way you pose and present yourself will also add or take away from your score. We want to see strong, confident athletes on the stage wearing one amazing smile! 😁 Models are judged on their body shape/tone, presentation, confidence, stage walk, presence. There will be two rounds in the Bikini Model category and this will comprise of- Round 1: Evening WearContestants will be asked to walk on stage wearing their choice of evening wear. Ensure your outfit is stylish and not lewd in presentation.There is a wide interpretation for this round in respect to choices in clothing. The idea is to choose something that is stylish, elegant (formal gown) & is flattering to your body type, skin colouring, hair etc.We do not expect that you go out and purchase a brand new gown. If you already have a dress/gown in your wardrobe that you feel is suitable feel free to wear this on the day.For The Evening Wear round Athletes are required to do an I-WALK & group comparisions, think Catwalk posing for thisAthletes will hold a pose at the rear of the stage, then walk to the front centre to commence 3-4 poses of their own discretion then Exit the stage. Round 2: Bikini Round & Trophy PresentationContestants will be asked to walk in a bikini and high heels across the stage. It is important to mention that two-piece swimsuits are required. Bikini's can suit your own individual taste from mild to full blown blingG-Strings are not acceptable. Athletes are required to do an Individual T WALK for the Bikini Round followed by group quarter turns. Competitors can choose to also Enter the Optional Bikini Classique division (see below) Theme Wear is an Optional Free Division

bikini classique CRITERIA

Bikini Classique is an Open Division. The winner of this category will be the Overall Ms Bikini Classique Champion & will be awarded a Pro CardJudged on:

One Piece Swimsuit needs to flatter the body and can be any colour or material Does not necessarily need to be a Competition One Piece This is one round only & Models are required to do an individual TWALK followed by group quarter turns You can enter this category by entering the Bikini Division and adding it as an option

ATHLETE T WALK Competitors will do a T-Walk across the stage individually to pre-selected music Ms Fitness AustraliaAthletes will do 3 individual poses of choice at each point marked on the stage. The idea is to look as though your having fun with each round displaying a bit of your personality. After completing your T-walk you will exit the stage until each competitor has finished.Once all competitors are finished you will go back on the stage for your quarter turn comparisons.
STEP BY STEP T- WALK INSTRUCTIONSEnter the stage and walk directly to the middle rear of the stage and pose at point 1.After posing at point 1. walk to the front middle of the stage and pose at point 2.Following point 2, keep to the front of the stage and walk to the (right) end of the stage and pose at point 3.Then walk in the same line to the opposite side of the stage (left) and pose at point 4 & Exit
